if not you need a nokia box

need help i have one set blackberry 8800 want to unlock.i don't know that is phone lock or sim lock....??I no put in the sim card,the 1st aks me enter BLACKBERRY THEN CONTINUE...SECOND AKS ME ENTER THE PASSWORD...can you let me know sim lock or phone lock thanks you...

That is a user/phone lock, not sim lock
Blackberrys dont prompt you for a sim unlock code, you have to type in a bunch of stuff to enter sim unlock menu.
