Submitted Nokia 5300 bb5 usa tmobile on 7/9/2008 and still no code. What can we do to get this going?

I'm very sorry about this man. The agent had some problems with some
of the phones and it took him longer.
I think 3-5 days should be ok. I will push him harder for those.
