please help me sir


hello sir i am new user of pad finder and i m not able to connect it properly i have no problem with pad finder main tool but when i connect to chinees cocktail then it is giving me this problem
Ready...

Reconnecting power...OK
Press and hold power on button...
Box communication timeout!
Please check connections and reset box
this is the main problem
i am not understanding why it is giving me ? please help me anybody
