6120c Password Incorrect

its a config data 000000000000 but its detect once and after press unlock 1 cr deducted but saying password incorrect

am i want to RPL service

Hello,

if the sp area is corrupted, you must first repair it with RPL service, after this you can unlock it with the same credit you are used, because data is saved on server and it is not lost. Please read info with JAF and post here.

but as far as i know bb5+ dk sl2 unlocking only possible if we have correct sp area in phone..

can you post your sim lock status with jaf or read info with DK2 unlocker??

Maybe he is talking about the SP_F and not about SP_P (Where config key all 0 would mean damaged).

Please check the code and try to enter manually through KEYPAD or flash the phone and retry.
