I think they have found how to unlock the sl3 type phones why they have all dropped the price odd sl2 unlocking. just my thoughts tho.

The Giffen team where the first to drop the price, and they are a very good team in there own right, so they could be some truth init. It makes sense, drop the price off sl2 then release sl3 for a higher price.

but DK soft calculate the code, not patching the PM.... so i think is not the same thing
and about Cinek soft with SL2, I think it was released after other, so was not the world first (on market of course: exluding DM3 & and not released for public solutions)

Recollect, all has begun from BB5King - decision Cinek (c).
- Cinek (c) was the first in SL2.
- Dejan was the first in Rapido.
- Genia were the first in BB5+

And other untalented dempinger's, have stupidly copied and have a little improved.

dm3 was the first in all simlock server versions... and is now still the only one how can unlock phones like 5220, 6600, 3600, 7310...

There is another solution that can unlock these phones (mentioned above), which is not available to the public, only a select few service centres in the UK have these special boxes for the last 2-3 months (not DM3), don't know if they are in other countries

DK unlocker is very safe... hope he release it for one time activation but in lesser price than UB
