| E71 Unlocking trouble-shooting I am trying to unlock an E71 from the UK 3 network. I can do the first part of the unlock without problem, but when I run the actually DK BB5 TRK unlocker v.101 I get the following error message when I click the "Read Phone" button: Phone is not connected over USB or phone drivers is not instaled! ! [sic] The phone IS connected over USB and I ran the Nokia hardware updates and everything is up-to-date. Why won't it unlock properly? |
