What message was given out by phone at attempt to enter NCK?
The counter of attempts changed after input attempt?

yes after code counter increased (KEY or FBUS)

and one more thing was different
when I insert SIM card from another operator (locked one) phone shown only text RESTRICTED, but in that time did not ask for restriction code

so I try to enter the code by #pw+code+1# or by FBUS (with result message wrong code)

I have tried to unlock my Nokia E71 (locked to 3 UK network), using Windows XP, but in the last step I get a message "This model of phone is not supported yet!" See this photo

The E71 has a 400 firmware (latest so far - 12/2009). Please let me know if and when will the new firmeware be supported.

Click on "read phone". Look for first digit after "SP_F". In most cases it is
0 or 8 but if have values 3,7,B,F then that phone have disabled unlocking
by password!(by keyboard and F-BUS)
