Is Nokia 5320 Xpress Music impossible to unlock with the DKBB5 TRK Unlocker? - GSM-Forum

My phone is a Nokia 5320 Xpress Music, locked by TMN (Portugal). I tried to unlock it, using the “DKBB5 TRK Unlocker” application (V.1.01). I did all steps as described (I installed Nokia PC Suite and ran it to be sure that all drivers are installed and working fine (on Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 32-bit); and I also installed the “s60_3_1_app_trk_2_8_9.sisx” file/setup on the phone; and then ran it and changed connection to USB, rather than Bluetooth – a successful connection is established with no problems – phone is connected to Windows XP PC in “PC Suite mode”). Whenever I run the “DKBB5 TRK Unlocker” application (on Windows XP), it can read the phone information (it is correctly deteced as “locked”; IMEI is correct), and even it can backup and restore. However, whenever I click on “SP Unlock” button, I always get the same error message: “Phone is not connected over USB-COM port, or phone drivers are not installed!”... Now what???

Try to turn off Nokia PC Suite, and on the task manager the procces "servicelayer.exe"

You can also unlock this modell for free with any unlocker , and f-bus cable!

What are the best alternatives (applications) to unlock my phone not using an unlock box (just USB cable and a PC)?
