Nokia 6300 cant unlock it need counter reset - GSM-Forum

I have a 6300 en i try to unlock it ,i asked the phone info and both counters keybord en cable both are standing on 3/3 for keybord and 10/10 for cable .

Cant unlock it

Any ideas some one ?

or use any TURBO OR UNIVERSAL SIM to unlock

And on the box it says works only white tmobile Austria sim-karte.
