ı try my customer pc and program says "your cannot acces this account from your lacation" but my pc everything is ok. why this problem?? please help me...

we appreciate ur step towards stoping the steal and hackin of accounts , but this thing creating so much prob for all users , ur server lock the ip on which the acc once used , we all knw u r strugging to stop the theft and hacking , but we are not able to use out accounts again , following are few reasons why we are not able to use our accounts

1- most of professionals use laptop , which they use at their office as well as at their home , so at this point ip differs , so they cann access

2 - most of the users dont have static ip , ip changes after every restart of modem , and ur server lock ip on which the acc once used , so again problem for users ,

so plz raskal give solution to solve this prob

Hello,

the ip lock has been lifted. Users should not face probelms any more with login from different IP.
