ask your v-spec resseler to activate your p-key to unlock bb5 phone it's not activated give your p-key serial to your v-spec resseler) look message in your picture it show pkey error bb5 unlock

I have two pkey, an activated and another not. You are making the same mistake the two.

All is ok now for brother Sidcell after updating his p-key
you must update your p-key after the resseler activation because you are not connected to a server when you unlock a BB5 using V-spec
