Jaf & Jaf+ Problem Reading Phones - GSM-Forum

Hello I have a really stupid problem with my jaf & jaf+. My problem is that when I connect any fone to the jaf box and try, reading, backing up, or any thing it says Connection Failed. Then I plug in the + box and do the same and then it reads imei number and says sync the fone.

I started have problems lastnight when trying to unlock Nokia 6280's when going through all the steps when it was waiting for tp confurmation it give .................................................. .........................................
................................ for loads of lines and finally failed at the end of around five mins sitting in the same position.

I have yet to unlock any fone with this box, I have tried upgrading downgrading. All I have ended up is with 5 dead 6280's, wich were backed up but when I go to write rpl file it gives another error unable to decrypt rpl file.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or any solution to my problems

if it gives waiting for tp confurmation it give .................................................. .......................... it's because u don't connect the tp's needles or your ground is not good.

Thanks mate I've been reading the logs and insted of ......... it has a date. The only problem is that these phones are dead should I dead flash them or they f*&%$d. I have loads of BB5 fones here to be unlocked and I honestly thought that this box was the anser to my prayers but it's been nothing but troube since day 1.
If you havn't guest I'm wet behind the ears on this any info would be of help
