cann't format sprint 7700 - GSM-Forum

dear

i have a sprint 7700 its booting perfect and read or write flash 100% ok but can not format user area setting this condition the set put battery and power buttom press and any key press to runing perfect and when time i dosn't press any key the set is hung......

the batttery have enough power? check use spiderman cable red and black for phone power or use power supply.

format by manual address:
first add: 0x00E5000
format length: 0x001A0000
cos most of time default format address doesnt work..
