[HELP] Back up firmware from spiderman box turn my phone dead..

hello there,

need your help and expertise guide regarding on this.

it was my phone's customer. a 6300 china dual sim.

the problem was when i turn on the unit. the lcd display in white screen but when i press the power button the phone display normal,

so in this case, i try to format the phone in spiderman box but i always practice to read the nand or nor file before doin' something else after that i resume to format the unit. unluckily the problem occurs, so i proceed to reheat the MTK IC, i cool down the unit, but it still desame.

so i deside to flash the phone from the NOR file.bin back-up i've made lately.
............ flash file download complete sumthing like that.

it ***** the phone wont turn on.

do the spiderman box able to flash phone using the back-up NOR/NAND file w/out killing the phone after then?

any one please need solution on this.
