BOX DONOT GIVE SOUND WHEN I CONNECT PHONE AND SOFTWERE

is the software dont even work???

box dosenot give any beep sound.
but box flashed the phones successfully

if the box is still under warranty you can send it back to your reseller to replace or repair, possible built in speaker is busted

Is sound very important to you? If the box is still working even without sound, i don't think its a big problem.
