after connect with software, software disappear after 10 second . some version test same problem, other pc test same problem. some box test same problem, boxes totaly new

another pc, software version, and boxes

i just can asure you that

with good working box and viruses free pc with the latest version of the software everything is gonna be OK

test with old box same pc same version and ... evrything is ok! but all new boxes have same problem!!! realy strange!no?

may be ur box it self need flash,,,,any way they have a tool for box flashing and also they have a procedjure to do that i found this tool some whereat this forum in the sticky threads ...use it @ ur won risck
