plz help i am having a spiderman box in which i am not able to detect pinouts for any mobile.

use spiderman red and black cable for phone power, sample:

open new version software ,click"CONNECT", -> choose phone CPU type(MTK,spread.adi,sky...)-> click"search phone" and choose type.
when software talk to you power on phone. you need power on(spread cpu phone search pinouts no need power on phone)

check different CPU type for check it

are you new user with this box?
did you find piout's before then the box stop find it any more or this is the first time to use it?

if so follow the info that jack give you by remove the phone battary and connect the box wires to the battary connectors in the phone
