| @ Jack Help If Possible I have spiderman box last i have used ver 2.20 Right now i install ver 2.22 but when i connect to box status bar shows 2.20 ver.......and can't detect pinout .....is this cable problem or box problem????? HELP.............. |

| hello mr jack china i hav a problem with my box cable.. the + and the - cable that is used to pwr the fone hav no voltag at themm.. what it cud be and how shud i repair it??i means the pwr wires to pwr the fone hav no voltage on ther ends.. before wen i connectd any fone to then the box gave a beep but now nothing happens... plz hlp.. |

| Video for how to use spiderman box I am trying to use this spiderman box and Z3x card, but can't work. Why don't you make a video (and put it on youtube) for how to use it? In the image I see that you have connected 2 phones...do I need to connect one working phone and the broken phone toghether? Is there anyone who has the files for watch phone M810? This watch phone just have a white screen, not starts. How can I do to repair it? Software does not recognize this phone, I have tried many times... Do you know if there is a better box to repair chinese phones? Thanks. |

| @sursuri check another phone for check is cable or box or use problem. @peter002 the + and the - cable power no need know it. software will auto find. pwr wires to pwr the fone hav no voltage on ther ends,so need check the cable connect . @cicciowhisper when you connect spiderman box use .not connect Z3X card to pc.about how to use and video.you can read the forum. already have . about connect phone ,one time only connect one phone ,you can connect working phone for read phone file.after connect dead phone for flash. |

| many china phone can't flash & format !!!!!! hello MR jack, i'm the reseller in malaysia, now many of my dealer & i face many china phone can not flash & format phone, it just can read phone only. but 1 thing use other flashing tool is o.k no problem .... we hope MR jack can look in to it & slove this problem a.s.a.p .............. thanks |

| sir i was updating my spiderman it was ok 99% but last 1% it gives a error updating failed error 2002 i lost to connect my box please help me br. please help jack china and any one who knows how to repair i have short pcb as pict. all the stap was ok please help.................. |
