I hava a problem with spreadtrum chip. For MTK chip is working good (I use com 5). But for spreadtrum chip got a problem. When I search phone and define cable is OK. Pinout can be read. After that is will show new port with SCI USB2SERIAL (com6). But after 4 seconds, com6 is disappear and not show again. Com6 can show again when I put out the +bat and the cable and connect it again. And after 4 second it gone again. What problem with this?

you can remove box from computer after check again.

spiderman box connect pc use com 5 ,search Pinout can be read. After that is will show new port with SCI USB2SERIAL (com6). this is right. search phone for USB . have new com in device manager.
"But after 4 seconds, com6 is disappear and not show again" this can choose another search phone type for search again will slove this problem.

please i need urgent help...

set is working one...and i need to get the INPUT code.( security code)

I've did what you said, but the result is same. I dont know the problem is from the phone or from the box. Because this is my first experience in spreaadtrum chips. For MTK is working good. Maybe you have another suggestion, please.

Finally I can finish the problem. But I must resolder the connector in the phone and then follow your instruction. Anyway thanks Jack...

open phone and check which is security code

Met problem with MT6225

Hi Spiderman box product supporter,

I'm using Spiderman. box updated up to v2.40 and working on China Mobile phone CECT-S560. I still be encountered problem with MT6225 chip. I could not serching successfully on new firmware version phone CECT-S560 (firmware: imeisv 78) using chip MT6225, but with phone old firmware CECT-S560 using MT6226 chip the box easily searching successfully.
Do you have any ideas to solve it out this?

I have flashed K808 it was 6225 But I flashed file CECT K808 MTK6226 K5L29-France,VietNam,Russia,Arabia,Thai,I2.bin Now I flashed its own read file but it is dead how to resolve this Please...

I have never used this box yet just get it for SPD is there any detailed guide for it?i tried it and it detected the pinoust well enough but when i press boot it just detect usb port and left it

same thing happening again and again the same handset i am able to connect with VEPRO-2 and readed flash successfully (model=c2000)
