It say ..USb device not recognize...What is the problem....
In the forum so many users reporting this but no solution..
I reinstall Drivers ...same
I reinstall main setup.same
I reinstall windows....Same
I change another system...same
pls give me BEST solution MR jack-china

did u try updating ur box?
most of this error occur when we try to update the box.

for box problem. need contact your reseller
not use old version software update your box. use new software will auto update your box.

.But he dose not help my any solution.masud telecom is a BAD reseller.
