You are not synked with server for support. Click Synk with server then retry. If this don't work open a samsung single software and do synk with server first. You don't need to cover the SN so we can check.

Extract this in a new unused folder: http://www.micro-box.com/download.ph...&path=software

Restart PC then run the software as admin and retry.

You're version is acting as an older version. Something happen on your computer. Try on another computer with actual version from the link I provided. Or we can arrange a team viewer session if you send me by PM the user / pass.
