Many thanks for the continued updates, but can you please explain exactly what the update is?

What is a Gold Card Generator and what does it do?

Is it for unlocking? Is it for debranding? Which models does it support?

Have read through your step by step instruction manual and now know that I can generate a file and edit it, then put it on an SD card and put it in a phone. Trouble is I just don't have a clue why I would do that, how to use it and what it is for!!??

Most importantly for me, will it unlock the HTC Desire sat on my desk that the current way will not do (error 1008)? If so, can you please explain to me exactly how I would do this please.

can anyone please tell me how can i unlock htc wildfire boot loader 1.01.0002 and firmware 2.24.161.1.........please help.....
