Alcatel E265x password - GSM-Forum

I have got a Alcatedl OT E265X set asks for password when insert the sim card. want to reset the password of the mobile or read the password but in micro box there is only option for reading the code. the microbox reads the codes as 10 time zero. But the mobile types only 8 digits. Also when i insert 8 time zero the set dont accept.
how to solve the problem???
