Oh i think it's normal you don't know how unlock a phone that's all.

Look my thread and you know how unlock phone it's simple just three wire TX RX GND.

Maybe Problem GND maybe another problem but i don't know where is problem.

You have to check if your phone is exactly My231x.
If is not that means it is not supported and of course you will see that error when the software try to send loader to phone and found another phone.
Check and if is not 231x means that is not suported yet.
The supporter will try to help you if is 231x.There are other peoples who unlock this model.

There are some versions are not supported of this models if you get this error means its not supported but as danrachita says check if its My231x and also check the CPU type please.

To unlock sfr 231 with microbox; just use lg c2500 cable for microbox or for infinity box and connect the phone off. if soft ask u to power hold on power on button until the soft ask u " you can release" and all will be ok. happy year for all user
