i get nck 1st and enter code , this code is accepted but then sp code is required , once entered , i get message telling me that nck code is incorredt and to contact service provider , i have been decucted a credit for this calculation , any ideas ,

you were correct there is a bug in server the code for net was correct 0967476275 but this spck code finalised the unlock , thank you for your help arcos.teami :-) oh the other methods didnt work :(
