Alcatel OT-908F error [Answered]

Hello i have a problem. I generated a code for unlocking an Alcatel ot-908f i introduced it and it told me it was a wrong code. I made a hard-reset and when i introduced the original sim on which it was blocked it wouldn't recognize it and it will not let me introduce another code. I searched and found out i should reset the counter. I went to a friend in another service and had it reset with furious but it still doesn't work.

Can anyone help me please ?

When i try to input the #0000*CODE# version it doesn't say anything. It accepts any kind of sim(meaning it doesn't ask me to introduce any simlock / netlock /nck code) the only problem is that i have no signal/service on any of them.

Friend! Reset Phone and try again.
Hard Reset:
Make sure your phone has been powered off.
Hold down Volume up key and press Power key at same time until the screen lights up.
Press Home Key to access Android System Recovery screen.
Press Volume up\down key to locate wipe data/factory reset, then press Menu key to access factory data reset menu.
Select Yes-delete all user data, then press Menu key to confirm wiping data from the phone.
When finished, select reboot system now, then press Menu key to restart your phone
How to enter the Unlocking Code for an Alcatel Model

Option 1 - Alcatel models
1. Turn on your phone without a SIM Card in it
2. Then type : * # 0 0 0 0 * YOUR_CODE_HERE #
3. And to finish enter : * # 0 0 0 1 * YOUR_CODE_HERE #

Option 2 - Alcatel models
1. Turn on your phone with a SIM card that's not the original network
2. When the message 'Enter Network Key' appears, enter the Unlocking Code provided.
Regards
