I have tried over 20 times, moro long press power on, there is no other thing different to do, and no luck...
Any suggestion??

20 times is nothing. make it 100 times
Try to disconnect box and connect again after few minutes.
close all background programs. plug & unplug RJ45 cable.
shake it or hit your box . sounds crazy but will work, trust me.
MB is sensitive to its surroundings (static field??). When you put your hands on it you will notice the blue LED goes on or out.

The S211 of mine won't work , because its an "unknown boot"
Hope MB support will fix it in next update.
