Just to say this is the only program that just does not appear on pc it starts box foud reset ok then it vanish .
No others do this

Hi m8,
Try to uninstall drivers and reinstall them, also remove all usb boxes and dongles and check again. We will try to reproduce this fault and notify you.

A red KG800 usb cable is also included in the cable set.

Done that also instaled on a notebook same result all programes work but lg
