Black Berry 8830 unlock [Solved]

Dear supporter, Password disable is not functioning,I try to set media card>security password&device>none.
This msg is displaying= The chosen encryption level is less then current IT policy setting.
I wiped the phone and new password also.same problem.

And I bet you enter the new password and the phone could not be read ? What about if you try to unlock it by PRD and IMEI? or MEP and IMEI? if this can't be done you need to reflash it with BB Desktop manager and remove that password somehow.

I can not read MEP,PRD also not in list micro box.PRD is 17070-001. BB desk top manager also asking password to flash.Shall i give IMEI?

i think no need to reflash the phone to remove the password, just enter 10x wrong password then well be okay.

just use search botton then you can fine alternative solution. so many posted bro.

Ofcourse and the last to be "blackberry" but from his counter 2/5 and also after user's replays this was indeed to happend so I assume he already did that - like I said in my first post - wipe the phone.

Dear friend,I wiped 3 time and enter new password also.Password enable is red marked.So i cannot disable password.,I try to set media card>security password&device>none.
This msg is displaying= The chosen encryption level is less then current IT policy setting.
I wiped the phone and entered new password also.same problem.

when phone wiped completely and restart, asking u to put new pass word,dont put new pass word,just read codes by micro box and when u done,just put new pass word and proceed process.
