box error [Solved] - GSM-Forum

today i downlod latest version 2.0.2.4 and when i start this first time software run and go to box firmware update option when i clik on update i got error after i restart software its showing box found and sn not found and close what is problem

OK if you are running windows 7 you have to right click and run as administrator also make make sure your drivers are installed correctly and check to see if your anti virus is blocking the connection if you are still unable request for a team member to connect via Teamviewer to see if they can fix your issue
