Box Not Found - GSM-Forum

Hi

I have a 2 month old box that no longer works, software keeps saying Box Not Found! I have tried on different machines but still same.

Can you tell me what procedure is, does this require return to reseller?

try to contact your reseller he will explain to yo all what you need
and don't forget only him can solve your problem
