LG Kp 501 unlock pb ![ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hello,
today I have test to unlock a lg kp 501 new but there is a pb.
I use Lg Ke500 com cable and soft LG 1.5.1.2.
When i click on read code I switch on the phone with simcard and connect cable but soft says when i connect "time out".
Many test but always same pb.

Have you a solution?

select kp501 or kp501new with ke500 cable ,
and all kp500/kp501 are supported with microbox , also verify your cable pls

I have test on an other kp 501 and on ks360 because i need use ke500 cable for this model but same pb!
I don't understand.
The cable is new I have never use this.
I have test phone off with or without accepte simcard, read code on the phone and connect or phone off connect cable, read code and on the phone.
Always the same, when phone turn on after 5sec the soft says Time out!!!

select the kp501 new and then unlock must be your set full and then you off your phone and try again its 1oooooooooooooo% ok

yes it should work, i unlocked a few kp501 old security yesterday and worked ok and read code. try with different cable and make sure the phone is off and press power button when it tells you. never had a problem with these before, so hope u manage to get it solved

same problem here with kp501 and good cable ke500
