Can Micro BOX unlock Samgung 4.1.2 or do you have to downgrade for example i9300

Yes Micro-Box / Micro-Dongle can unlock phones with 4.x.x versions. For some phones you need temproot (which will be done by box) or manual root (if temproot fail) but for others you will need only one click

OK because I have tried unlock i9300 Telcel Mexico 4.1.2 with NCK DOngle but wont unlock it. I will updating from SL-Box to micro
