Cannot use my login details to access support site - GSM-Forum

Dear Micro-Box Team/GSM Forum Members,

Please i am having thsi problems since last.I cannot seem to use my login details,each time i tried login to the support,it tells me that the login is not valid and after three times,it will open the new user form for mr to fill.

Please i need direction on how to resolve this issues as i haven't got any updates since Aug.,2008.Kindly help,please.
