Cant get credit info from server[ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

FAO support

Bought 5 alcatel credits yesterday, but they are yet to be added to account.

Also cannot get credit info from server, keep getting the following error

Any ideas what the problem is??

You buy online ? from micro-box.com ?

if yes , is Automatic and 100% realtime .. no need to check , just unlock your phone

also , use last version of software allways .. and let our soft to connect to internet both way

Credits were bought on microbox.com, Paypal user name [email protected]

Please check, still getting same problem. Have also tried on another PC

Also credit info not showing on micro-box support page
