Cant unlock F480 - GSM-Forum

I cant unlock a F480 with micro-box. I have unlocked a few F480 phones before, no problem, but this one im struggling with. I selected "F480" and when i press READ INFO, its just gives "ERROR 1002". I then selected "F480 NEW", but the computer wont find the COM port for some reason. I have installed the Samsung USB drivers, but still cant seem to find the PORT when i connect the phone. When i connect the cable to the phone, it does show a icon of a computer on the phone, and also i went into SETTING of the phone to make sure its on SAMSUNG PC MODE. I also tried putting it into QUALCOMM mode, but still it wont find the port.

I tried it on the other computer too, but same problem, and also sometimes it gives "ERROR 1001".

Can some please help me here

the software version for this phone is: F480BVHF2. This version supported to unlock is it?

pls check that's BT closed and phone connected as pc suite , still have prob ask me

its ok, i have managed to do the phone anyway. i did it using a normal usb cable. i think the problem was maybe with the phone, connecting to it. i went into QUALCOMM mode and connect the phone and it found the PORT, and then i selected 'F480 NEW' and pressed READ UNLOCK CODES, and it gave me the codes.

I am also using the same mobile i unlocked my mobile using unlock code i got the unlock code here Wicked Unlock.com- Unlock Your Phone It provides unlock code and instructions....
