cant unlock ot800 alcatel plz check logs[ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

i am trying to unlock one ot800 alcatel but after entering nck code it is asking me serv prov key i tried to enter spck code but it says wrong network key, can anyone help plz.. thnx in adv..

Try making a reset to your phone and then unlock it

still the same, it takes network code but doesn't accept service provider key.,,, plz help

Contac Micro-Box.com_Support or MB_code and ask them to check your codes

ive just got another ot 800 and cannot find the reset feature do you know the master code for this

For new Alcatels phone code just press *#power and ok to format.

thanks for advising me on the full reset/format , i did this and still the code i was issued by micro box will not work , i have contacted support as you requested but have had no support back regarding incorrect codes, it always seems to be the tesco codes that play up .

hi mate your not the only one are they on tesco uk ive tryed loads and every one gives right nck but wrong spck

the micro box team as far i reads all post there is only one provder and me too have same tesco provder so check this

hi almost all providers are supported already there are some rare which are not, so programmers do know this issue so wait for next update. Thanks for understanding.

the provider ids we are talking abt are supported and mentioned...so the problem is with the server where it generates the codes...
