cant unlock phones through com cable - GSM-Forum

Hello

I have tried to unlock few phones like ke850 and kc550 which require com cable but it doesnt seem to detect the phone. When it says to hold the power button i press the power button and the phone turns on. But microbox software gives timeout error after sometime.

I have tried 2 different com cables ke500 and kg800. Is there any driver I need to install or there might be something wrong with my box???

NB: It works fine for phones like ku990 which reuires usb cable.

For KE850= use rj45 kg800 cable
kc550 = use LG KE 500 cable

Thanks but thats what I did... When it didnt work then I swaped the cables I thought it might work.... I tried KP500 as well and its same problem

your cable work 100% also verify your phone connector for this 2 model no one have problem to unlock them
