Cant unlock Samsung S8300 - GSM-Forum

Im having trouble unlocking the Samsung S8300. I connected it with the usb cable and the usb drivers are installed fine. I leave the phone ON with the original sim card insideI set it to SAMSUNG MODE by *#726872# because (When i try to set into QUALCOMM MODE, with *#782872#, then the cable doesnt recognise the phone, so i use SAMSUNG MODE.) and i connect the phone to the cable and drivers are installed ok. I keep on getting ERROR 1 when i press READ PHONE INFO or READ UNLOCK CODES:

Some please advise!

when u recieve 1st message that doesnt type on ur phone just press ok then u get the 2nd message just type that and unlock ur phone .....

PC must detect phone on com manager and driver must be installed properly
