e227 not read codes

i have try 3 kabels but nothings works.
i try modfy kabel to go deeper no working .
1 kabel is now whit broken connector.
is it possibel for alcatel new vle to choose unibox in the program ?
because work now only whit micro-box port.
sorry for bad englisch
i must wait for better kabels from micro-box

choose E101 and try,
if first time not possible, close soft open soft again and try ,

1- Upgrade Your box with updater software last firmware must be 60

2- connect your phone with cable E256 if cable cannot enter cut little the plastic of your cable for can enter easy

3- select new vle click on read code after when software say press on you just push power button of you phone and when software detect release button and wait end of procedure

4- if the phone power on mean cable not make good connection with phone so make your best for you do the best as you can

5-you need remove battery and put back if you was press the button power from the phone and no communication with the phone

6- sorry for all customer for not givecable new vle E207/ E101 This cable was not exist we are making this cable now wait few days cable will be avaible from ressellers of micro box

thanks now i test 3 times good whith E101 but try after E227 few times but not working.
i,m happy to now tis
