e250v unlock help

i want to unlock one e250v, is my fisrt phone with microbox, the sw say d800com cable but with the box i have the v804 cable, in one side good for the phone and in the other side i have one rj45 and one usb.
what cable must i use for unlock the phone and how to do it?

if you dont have d800 (microbox should come with that cabel) use only rj45 part of v804, it should do the job as well, try and post results, luck

the box is one month old and don't came with d800 cable, i have try with v804 cable, using only the rj45 part pluged to the box and with the phone power off abd selecting read phone but nothing happens, i think is posible the problem is that phone not work with rj45 and i need serial d800 but i'm not sure.

it should work, but maybe phone have damage connector or maybe battery is not charge, but just to double check, after you have everything connected (cable to box and phone) and phone off when you click read codes then you have to press power on button for a sec until phone displays TAT MODE, luck

Can you try with an other cable, may be damaged pins in your cable.

i go to buy one d800 serial cable but before i have try again like yesterday, with v804 rj45 cable to the box, i press read codes button and then the power button, the phone goes to tat mode and the sw give me the codes.
very strange, yesterday not work, today yes.
anyway thanks for your help.

it is good to know you finally did it, today i got an e250v and try with v804 to see if it works, but i see you found it does, luck
