I have always this error when i try to open softwar
plz how to solve it???

Probably you use Vista?
If so, run the software as administrator (right mouse click).

Error 9999 may Cause of These Problems...

1: Windows Vista Which is Not Suitable for Professional Unlockers..
2: Computer is Infected With Virus ( Use Better Anti Virus to Eliminate Them)..
3: Propebly you are Using any Port Monetering Software in Your Pc..
4: You have Overload of FTDI Devices in your Computer( Try to Install it in Fresh computer & See)..
