trying to install but i am getting error 1003 any help anybody???

first i install box drivers from your website then i run MicroBoxInfoC V1.0 and it goes have way thru and comes up with error 1003
please advise??

i have the same trouble, i bought a new box and cannot read info and enter in support site because the box gives this message error 1003.
can u help too ?
