Cable is mini usb, more information for your support, problem is solved repaired by Spt box, microbox have various bug, no work perfect

By mistake I read it wrong, you need in this case to select Samsung Diagnostic port at Connection not Android. Anyway will be usefull for others.

That's all I've done, have your box bug for windows america, america ever had problem with other equipment and it was resolved, if your support was much faster would be happy to try to help repair some mistakes doing tests, but not you guys fix htc the bug, look for my posts

What system are you using? If you help us to understand your bugs we can correct in software if they exists but we need to know them and by the way we are fast enough I think look at day by day updates / forum support / sonork support / sales support etc

I love my Microbox, but when the errors I get angry, use other operating normal box, that samsung already gave it to my client I have a htc for you to check
