hey there i am a proud Owner of the Micro-Box and there is nothing wrong with the support module please make sure you box drivers are installed and that your box is conected to the pc via USB and you have a propper Internet connection .

Once every thing i listed above you should first see this

SEARCHING FOR MICRO-BOX: FOUND!
RESETING MICRO-BOX: OK!
SEARCHING FOR MICRO-BOX: FOUND!
READING MICRO-BOX SN: OK!
READING MICRO-BOX VERSIONS: OK!

Stage 2:

I can'nt open the micro box support area.When i click on support area it nothing on.but when i click on website of microbox it is connected microbox website.pls hlep me out.

i just buy micro box! please can someone post new soft for register and update here? i can't success download it from that link support team give in other topic

To connect To the Support area Now works differently as of the 29th of August 2009

Registration no longer works like it did before. Old members will have to use the software access to new members zone. All users with licenced Micro-Box can download and use this free tool MicroBoxInfoUpdater_cr v1.3 FINAL to gain access to new members area.

Or if you Like Go to the forum and download The Micro-Box Installer 2009 Edition that will install all softwares for the Micro-Box it also has How to Install Micro-Box Drives To Show you the thread Click Here

1. Micro-Box Installer 2009 Edition Download it Here

2. Micro-Box Module Updater Download it Here This file is only a patch you must install the Full version above before this patch can work

Remember after you install the First one uncheck the box before you hit finish and run the word doc short cut found on the desktop to see how to install the drivers and dont forget to install the Module Update File this file has the update to connect to the New Support Zone area etc as well to help you update your Box Firmware if you have a new box

if you go here http://www.micro-box.com/
you will see near top of page (about 10 lines down) the software you need to register and to access new support area. its called MicroBoxInfoUpdater_cr v1.3 FINAL

i try all those link but no one work for me.try to open link page but after "erreur can't charge it" i would to have micro box setup 2009 as it got all lasted update. i have micro box module updater but when open it ask for some dll. i don't have micro box driver yet

This may have happen because the drivers was not installed correctly did you follow the steps on how to intsall the drivers for the Micro-Box this is where you will find all drivers and dll file C:\Program Files\Micro Box\driver\MicroBOX . but i advise you plug in the box to a new USB port and try to install the drivers again by following the steps in this file Microbox First Installation Steps.htm

How to find this file
Click Start >>> All Programs >>> Micro Box >>> Help you should see Microbox First Installation Steps.htm or Microbox First Installation Steps.doc
if that does not work you u will have to use your divice manager and uninstall the drivers and try again hope this helps you .
PS if you download the Micro-Box Installer 2009 Edition you have the drives on your system here >>> C:\Program Files\Micro Box\driver\MicroBOX if when it asked you for the dll file again browse to this folder C:\Program Files\Micro Box\driver\MicroBOX\libusb0.dll

We Did,t Give Fake Update , It,s Happening Regularly Now Whenever user Can,t use Anything He Blaim on Support Team ... Thats Unfair..

Check That Post You,ll See We are Not Giving Fake Updates ...
