my frd all they dll files which 3 files and the box driver unziped the box driver has 4 file copy those file and past in system32 and restart ur computer then try ... i hope this will help u than***x and good luck

already insteled on may PC and never have problem
pls try other pc and telme
better use winxp sp2

I Also Tried It But No Matter What Os I Use And Also Any Computer I Used It Still Not Detecting The Usb Drivers Properly...i Think You Should Check All The Boxes That You Have Made Before Releasing It Co'z The Main Affected Here Is Not Only The Resellers But Also The End Users...your Product Is Good But With Lack Of Technical Support It Will End To A Bad Product In The End...please Do Something With The Boxes That Cannot Install Usb Drivers Properly...
