G870f UNLOCK FAILED... [UNLOCKED]
 

Hi Teammates,
Anyone succeeded in unlocking Samsung S5 Active SM-G870F?
I tried but got error, can product manager confirm if this model is unlockable if yes how to?

Tried dozens of times. Finally it works. You need to choose S5 active instead of SM-G870F and leave the COMMUNICATION PORT at auto detect. See the picture attached for details. Many thanks go to Allumts for the head up.

I tried to unlock the phone again by selecting SM-G870F, it works though. The problem was at the communication port setting. you need to leave it on "auto detect."

Ok thanks for report you experience here, will be of utility for other users
