this blackberry 9530 successfully unlock with micro-box but show off on network i can go to any programe to set up phone but touch is working please help solve this

If unlock goes good end must need of enter the unlock code, just read procedure showed by our Sw....if after enter right the unlock code, ceck you Imei if is in B.List or no...
