Help required from MB Team[ANSWERED & SOLVED]


I still cant access support forum or update via AIO.
Could one of the team help me with that please?

Can you please try with Firefox and post result. I will upload last AIO in my host and will give you link to download.
Please also try old MicroBoxInfoUpdater_cr v.1.4 Final if you want i can upload it for u to test.

I have installed Firefox, but that did not help. Still the same problem.
If you can upload infoupdater v1.4 I can try that as well.
Uploading latest AIO is very much appreciated, but I still will face the same problem in future updates.

OK, 1.2 worked, but it's having troubles finding my box at the second search after the reset.
Out of 10 tries it found my box only once or twice.

Well you can try to reinstall box drivers and the try to access to support.
I have had same problem but i was solved by reinstalling drivers

Yes, agree. AIO generates the support link.
But after that no connection to the webpage, see attachment.

So answered: yes, but solved: unfortunately not.
