Alcatel c552x reset code please[ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

i have been trying to unlock one alcatel c552x and unfortunately it wont accept the generated un lock code.however i was told i need to reset the phone for it to accept the cde.i need the reset code if someone knows the right one they have verified works.also i have the accepted sim card but when i enter the menu i have failed to locate any sub-menu with a rest option for factory reset.please help micro box team.

Don't be hangry we have try to help you your phone is philips platform

so use serach button and try to find reset codes for philips phones ,good luck
